Golden morning…..

Maisie and I walked a little later this morning. The sun had risen just as we reached Doctor’s Creek and the main river. We walked upstream but in reverse. That seemed to make the walk quite different. Strange. I met several good friends en route…. Just lovely. A busy day at home with paperwork and phone calls. Dear friends, Wendy and Chris visited this afternoon. Another friend left a bowl of planted pansies on the porch. Keith would have loved them. I picked up a novel to read late afternoon. The first time for over two months.
