Time goes so slowly

Time goes by so slowly when you're forced to stay at home with broken bones, and you realise how much you take normal things for granted. If I want a cup of tea it takes me nearly twenty minutes to make one at the moment rather than the usual five minutes, if that!
In any case I think that sometimes these things happen for a reason, so learning to not take your normal mobility for granted is a salutory lesson, and in the meantime, I'm off to have a cup of tea ...
