Last of the flowers

Very autumnal feel this morning but the sun shone and it got quite warm.
There are still a few flowers out in the meadow, it's been nice to watch the development of this. The crab apple trees are also looking good.
Cafe wasn't so busy today but it gave a chance for people to chat to customers.
A couple of things to do afterwards and then home and a relax in the hammock.
The running club had a 5 mile race but my knee has been a bit stiff so I decided to give it a miss and get on with preparation for Sunday (I'm leading the service) and now I must go and find something for us to eat once Mr Rat gets home from the race.
