Harvest time

A view from the bedroom window. I picked up a stomach bug somewhere along the way so have not really moved for two days. I'm feeling much better now though and thinking of attempting some boiled rice and a small spoonful of yogurt later on!
I shot out of the back door yesterday to take the pic of the beans, but today decided the apple tree from the bedroom window was fine. Shame about that bad yellow one centre stage, it's a pretty good crop otherwise although the individual fruits are not as big as last year. Dry summer I guess.
I had made an overnight hotel booking for several rooms through Expedia a few weeks ago and the hotel cancelled last week. I had a call from Expedia today confirming the cancellation and crediting me £150 to be used on future Expedia bookings. Can't complain about that. I had already managed to book elsewhere no problem.
