Slightly disheartening day - I have a personal project shooting carousels and went to Brighton to shoot the one on the pier and the one on the beach. This was what remained of the first, and the second is covered up except the next two weekends (when I can't go there) before being mothballed for winter. If anyone knows of any old style carousels that are open in winter, I'd be all ears...
