Student Housing

Short walk this morning. The U of P is buying up all the houses in the neighborhood and building more. You can spot which houses are still privately owned, and which ones are now for students, by the landscape maintenance.
Drove a friend to a medical appointment at a clinic on NE Irving St., an old house on a residential street. First, since we were early, we sat outside in chairs; an outdoor waiting room, one of the nicer covid inspired innovations. When she went inside, I returned to my car and noticed I had parked with one wheel up on the curb. Honestly. Embarrassed, I quickly reparked.
