ghosts in the park

while taking my gal to school i noticed this ballerina. on my way home i pulled over and noticed that someone had decorated the park with four other "tape sculptures." There was a boy up in a tree, someone doing a karate kick, and two playing cards. when i went to pick her up from school they were gone.... were they ever really there?
