Shot in the arm

Hubby had tooth repair early and then went for a run. I felt I needed exercise so fast walk into town and picked up a voucher for daughters birthday and some bits from M&S.
Had our flu jab this afternoon and then walked over to daughters for some grandson time. Hubby ended up helping with the decorating again and then had a play until little one dropped off.
After a walk out with Hetty I felt I had achieved more than required for daily exercise.
The only photos I took today were of the little one.
