One of the many magazines I worked on over the years, the house rag of the royal family is having one final push!

I had lunch with Laura today at The Ivy in Kensington. There were probably more black Maybach's per square mile here than anywhere else in the world right now. It is the dormitory of diplomats and royalty.

Meanwhile people queue for miles to pay their respects.
