A Day in the Life

A walk around the Tarn just as the model boat club were packing up.
Must go back when the boats are actually in the water.
Then bought a couple of dozen winter pansies to brighten up some pots after removing the petunias which have finished.
The pansies should do well as they are in a protected area.
Decided to mow both lawns as it was dry enough.
Did a bit of weeding on the block paving.

Supermarket shop then home and walked round to The Queen’s, my local, to book a table for Sunday.

Watched some TV, the sight of that crown on the Queen’s coffin was one of the most sobering images l have ever seen.
