Neighbourhood Loop

Top left: After crossing Runyon’s yard, I walk down Saddlebrook which used to be a dead end.

Just past the dog walker are some white trucks, that’s Willie Page the Plumber. He used to be the end of the road

All the construction traffic is tearing up the road something awful

Bottom right: Looking left at the end of Parsons Mill and the direction I go. It t-bones right in front of Willie’s house where I hang a right and head for home.

We used to live in the sticks, but the city slowly, and now more quickly, started to engulf us.

It was a little cooler this morning but still very humid.

Four years ago today, we went to bed expecting Hurricane Florence to make landfall overnight as a category 4 hurricane.
