Dawn dove

I thought I might try an early morning sunrise blip today. I haven't done anything along those lines for a little while now. It turned out that one of my many feathery neighbours had had a very similar idea, setting themselves up perfectly on a TV aerial to catch some of the early morning rays. I think the wee sentinel here might be a neatly collared ring dove. There are quite a few around here, creamily cooing to each other like off-duty Zen monks....
It wasn't the greatest Wednesday of my life, but tomorrow, as they say, is another day...
