How Difficult

As far as days go pretty mediocre until I got home. The sun shone, the best day of the year so far, for those who watch Game Of Thrones living here since last August has been like living in Winterfell.
In the spirit of my new domesticity tonight I made a farmhouse white loaf, (pictured above), as much of a success as last evenings wholemeal loaf, I was led to believe that this bread making malarkey was difficult.
