Kendal and Windermere line

I had a good Tuesday. The presentation I made went really well, not least because it was such a nice bunch of people that I was presenting to.

Then it was a quick whizz 'round the M25 to my folks', a lift to Worcester Park station from my mum and I was up at Euston for the 5pm train home.

Having been busy all day, getting off the train at Oxenholme was my first opportunity to take some photos. I started off with a couple of shots of Kendal and then took this first one of the line that goes from Oxenholme, down to Kendal and then out to Windermere.

I might have taken a few more but a pretty little face appeared at my elbow: it was Abi! Turning 'round, I found her brother was there, too. Their mum had come to meet me off the train. So that was the end of the photography!
