Fantastic pattern in the centre

I know we’ve had a lot of blips of sunflowers already. But I was fascinated by the intricate pattern of the soon-to-be seeds here. In a neighbour’s front garden. Big supermarket shop to stock up. Followed by some house cleaning as son and dil visiting extremely briefly. Always a good prompt. I’ve been listening on the radio to the US tennis open, and the last test match of the summer at the Oval. Missing both of them. Back to audio books now
