Elderberry wine?

First of all, thank you for all your kind words yesterday.

We have a lot of elderberries around the hedges but we’ll not be making wine! I’ve had enough purple hands from all the blackberries. These are for the birds, I just hope they don’t sit on the car to enjoy them!
