Last Fiedtrip with uni

Beautiful Scotland and the view from the propsed site of Britains only gold mine. Stunning right? Im torn in my feelings towards the mine as on one hand, it will increase the local economy massively and be really exciting but on the other..its Scotland and its beautiful so why ruin it?! This is the stuggle i have always had when study geology and to be honest no matter how long i think about it i doubt i will ever really be able to decide what is right!

A good break from the project for a 3 day trip with some fellow geologists. :)
