After my yin yoga we had evening tea by Kirsti and Pekka. They had sea-buckthorn picking project ongoing.
The fruit of the sea-buckthorn has a high vitamin C content – approximately 400 mg per 100 grams, placing it among the most enriched plant sources of vitamin C. Additionally, fruits have high concentrations of carotenoids, vitamin E and vitamin K.
