The Golden Angel...

Probably the oldest building in Harlingen and called "The Golden Angel". The house dates from the 16th century. The building was opened last Saturday during the Open Monument Day. In this building is also the Freemasonry "Deugd en IJver". This is the oldest association in Harlingen and was founded 225 years ago. In the facade is an image of the Archangel Michael, the patron saint of the city.
