Appendage

A lovely warm, sunny day again. 

A better night's sleep:) Spoke to my friend, then K rang and suggested a coffee and short walk which we did. We went along the seafront to the Cliffs Pavilion Theatre for coffee and then had a short walk along the cliffs. Took a photo of the Cliffs, I like the shapes of the building. I didn't know the theme for today but hope the flag may be an appendage.
Home for lunch, then picked some blackberries over the common. I hope having some more fresh air will help me sleep again!
