Back to Athens

Awoke after about five hours sleep in need of much water.. a quick coffee at the guest house then to the port for a bumpy ride back for it was still windy. The nuns were going to Athens for the day - there are a few monasteries on this island.
The boat was delayed but it was ok - I’d taken the day off. Went to a short meeting about work next week, grabbed chicken kebabs and had an early night. Well, sort of early - the sad news of the Queen’s death left me feeling quite flat. And thinking about my British grandma who loved the Royal Family and took us to see her each time she came to Australia.
Not as hot and humid as when I left - thankfully.
