Buyers Beware!

We unwrapped the awning later in the day.
Disappointed that some parts were missing, some broken and there were no instructions. Unfortunately, the company provided the most awful customer service and the ‘lady’ (I use the term loosely) was positively rude and abusive!
They refused to offer a small, partial refund to enable us to buy the new parts but I scoured the Internet and luckily managed to find some instructions.
PayPal were also next to useless, so after many years and many hundreds of purchases, I’m looking for another payment method as I’m refusing to buy anything through them again.
