Chobham memorial

I learnt something new today!
I had now idea that Queen Victoria had viewed her troops (including the famous Light Brigade) on Chobham Common in 1853.

This memorial was erected to commemorate this.
The photo isn't great, as it was dark and I had no tripod, but it shows the plaque and the memorial.
