Little mouse

I had a good look around the garden this morning. Everything seems well and no more enormous surprises in the veg patch! Except Godzilla the butternut who is coming along nicely!
We went to visit Tony and Heather, to pick some damsons and see how their house renovations are coming along.
They have actually moved back in and have a lovely new fitted kitchen!! It’s taken since November and they have been living in their barn….
Not so bad in summer but they will be glad to get properly in before winter comes.
The damsons were ripe but many have split due to the sudden rain. But they will be fine for jam.
I couldn’t wait to see how my new candle mould was , it was a birthday present from Katie and Andrew so this was my first chance to try it. Isn’t he sweet!
