Morning came, evening came

... and in between I worked.   

Colchicum macrophyllum thinking about opening in the morning brightness and getting wet in the late afternoon grey.   Wonder if the slugs will find it before the morning?

As expected, pretty much a repeat of yesterday.  Lovely to share another meal with Katie and C who brought her Meg with her this time.   The cooking was shared too as C brought a delicious apple and plum crumble which we demolished.  Tonight's meal was livened up by a gift of Crabbie's Ginger Beer although I did not rise to the challenge of two bottles each, tempting as it might have been.   I'm feeling a little spoilt .... which is nice :-)

Meg has had a rainy walk.   I will continue working on the Crocus Group UK seed exchange, a scheme much diminished by the restrictions as a result of Brexit.   Dentist for running repairs in the morning so all distractions are good distractions.
