Mystery to resolve

I was exploring new area today and found this old plinth from the middle of the forest. All structure is not visible in this photo, because it was so large. I found the building in old aerial photos. The latest photo was from 1964, but it was missing on aerial photo captured on 1970. I have already send a query in few local  Facebook group, so I hope I can get more information about the case.
