Frostie cakes.

Every day at the moment we go on an office beach walk and it is lovely. Other than that the day went fairly slowly, there is a lot to learn at the moment though.

The bus home took over an hour, that will teach me for having a day of cycling. I did have a lovely evening though. Made sizzling beef and then frostie cakes with Alan, and then watched a lot of funny animal rude tube.

Tonight I also kicked the wall with my knee though while sleeping. I have a lump and graze. What the hell.
