Cycling

I haven't been on my bike all year and neither had M but today we went for a tentative canal cycle. We managed 12 miles which isn't bad for us even although it was pretty (but not completely) flat along the canal. Even the rain stayed off.
Now it's pouring but I have Sunday dinner to look forward to before a busy week.
