Keep on running................

I went to the gym this morning, and saw Ann, John, Des, and Dennis. As usual, lot's of banter and some sweat. This young lady runner passed me while I was walking home, (no idea what the saying on her t-shirt is all about) It started to rain soon afterwards, and as I only had my hoodie on, I was a bit worried I was going to get wet, but luckily  for me,  it stopped, although I was sweating profusely when I got in, so I got wet, from the inside, out.
