Bowhouse Market

Bowhouse Market is close to St Monans. This is the first time that Pat and I have visited and shopped there.

The market has been the subject of a country life TV programme. We knew several of the people featured in the programme and it was good to speak and purchase some rather fine foods and beverages.

The market is a very well appointed building and well worth a visit. A friendly atmosphere pervaded everywhere.

We stopped by our favourite fish supplier before heading back home via St Andrews.

The sun was shining and the countryside was looking at its best.

The roads were quiet. There were quite a number of horse riders,joggers, walkers and cyclists. 

Greetings were exchanged as we made our way carefully through the narrow country lanes.
