This little piggy went to market...

and she had a bloody marvellous morning!

Have been trying to get into the Balerno Market for over a year now, the persistence paid off, 3rd time lucky and now I'll have a monthly spot. Sales were brilliant, the people so supportive and interested. I was cleaned out of soap sponges as well as several other things - that rarely happens. A happy bunny tonight and going to bed with a warm glow of satisfaction :)

I have a potential lead to fill the market that's been cancelled next weekend (lots of us in the same boat though) but I'm also thinking I might just do a pop-up shop in the garden. I have the canopy and table now so could be fun. Reckon a few neighbours/friends would stop by for coffee and a browse and might catch a few hillwalkers too, depending on the weather of course.
