Joint effort

Today Mr PC and I tackled a large haul of lovely Bramley apples, he cored and peeled with the aid of the apple corer whilst I made a huge batch of pastry and made four lovely pies, we also froze just over 2 kilos of prepared apple slices for a later date.

After using one pie for props we had a lovely slice with cream, plenty leftovers.
