A trifle chaotic

Sewing day today. I took loads to do, but managed to do more with and for others than for myself!!! 

It was a good day. As expected there was a great deal of talk about the passing of the queen and all the events in the pipeline. I was pleased that it was all harmonious and no one expressed any negative comments. This is a time when acts of kindness are important, when individuals are grieving. 

I drove my car today after it’s service yesterday and it ran well. I don’t drive as much these days, so I needed to keep the skills up to date. I posted the parcel of gifts for Annie’s birthday, job done!!
