A ferry to the roof

I built this system today to get the roofing sheets on the roof.  I installed an old electrical winch to the roof.  It took lots of time to get this work well but I finally managed.  I can lift now three kind of sheets which length are, 2.7 meters, 4 meters and 6.6 meters.
