Kessock Bridge on another foggy morning. By the short time taken to put the camera away and cycle to the vaguely discernible far towers, the fog had cleared, and all ahead was visible. Stopping to look behind me, the Black Isle, which had been clear, had now disappeared.
Heard tonight the sad news that her majesty EIIR had died at Balmoral. Which means that Prince Charles is now King Charles III.
Will avoid using the radio for a few weeks, until the overwhelming deluge of royalty matters and hyperbole from all the media subsides. Other matters are more important to me, especially what's happening in Ukraine.
