Loss

This pictures demonstrates a loss of innocence, as my friends are I walked out of Auschwitz we knew we would never be the same. Although we were fortunate to be leaving unlike most of our families and ancestors it was a weird feeling to know that years before we would have been kept there as prisoners and that was not a comforting feeling
