Demolition Duke

I've photographed the Duke of Wellington a couple of times before now. He doesn't have his hat on today, but I like to think he is wearing a high-vis vest to supervise the demolition across the road.

JT, ever the practical, thinks it's a Dutch flag after the recent abdication / coronation celebrations. I prefer my interpretation.
