Sunshine and heavy showers.

My working morning included lots of discussions about whether various events could/should/would go ahead in the period of national mourning.

Prior to that a long wait with J for a GP appointment (running almost an hour late by 9am!). I think it was helpful, including a referral for some physio to help his balance.
