Book of condolences

There was a book of condolences for the Queen in the Civic Hall. I didn’t sign it as I didn’t think it would make the Royal family feel better about the death of the Queen,. It must be awful for King Charles to be constantly in the public eye right after his mother has died.
I had more physio on my dining room table this afternoon. I think it’s helped but I didn’t make another appointment. I’m waiting for my NHS appointment in October now.
