Can you guess?

Ok, so I didn't do a portrait today but circumstances did not lend themselves that way. In fact, circumstances didn't lend themselves to much by way of pleasurable pursuits but hey, that's Wednesdays for you.

Can you guess what this is? They are identical on both sides of the Atlantic.

I am fully aware that the name for this animal can be used in a derogatory fashion but that's not the animal's fault.

I was raised to believe the Beaver is a proud and noble beast with an admirable work ethic and I still hold that to be true. Even this guy thinks so.
