SUNSHINE

Today is one of those days that makes you feel glad to be alive!

I started the day with a quiet coffee at the common - I could only hear the birds sing, quite a rare thing for London.

Good work day, lots of progress with the house and I may even found an early exit strategy from the PTA!

And what about the sunshine ...
