Hermanus

The drive was long but spectacular, we had forgotten some of the amazing beaches and small towns along this coastline.

We had lunch in Swellendam before the final stretch to Hermanus. A small but beautifully appointed guest suite is our home for the night, Airbnb really has some cracking accomodation.

A nice long wander along the cliff walkway, that has some interesting sculptures, a couple are in extras.

Then the car was dropped off, and a taxi back to town for a delicious seafood supper, accompanied by a great Pinot Noir, well we are in wine country after all.
