Humber river

I used to walk across this bridge a lot when we lived in Toronto. Neat to see the big canoe under it this morning and then go through our old neighbourhood. I got my hair cut by my former, Toronto hairstylist this morning and he's great, as ever. 

Got the news about the Queen while I was eating a tomato sandwich for lunch... Ch was in her postcolonial art history class, and thought that was fitting. It will be strange to have to get used to having a King now. 

J is safely back in Almeria and will need a couple quiet days to recover from all that biking. I'll sure be glad to see him next week!
