Today would be Strava Day 464. Will do a quick mobility/stability stretch after this and would psych myself to go "outside" for additional miles and elevation.

Featured photo is T's notepad. He was tasked by their homeroom teacher to list the names of his classmates who speaks a word, a phrase or a sentence in Filipino or Bicol/Bikol. Laughed when I heard about it. Told him that he would either be bullied or bribed. B, disagrees. To give you context, in Philippine schools, the English only policy has been  a source of contention among educators. Most of the advocates of it has written that it fosters learning/familiarization with the language however there is also the inevitable culture decay.
