Watercolour for relaxation

Was the title of a workshop I did this evening at the Arienas Collective where I've done some silver clay workshops. However, I didn't find it relaxing, instead worrying, feeling that everyone else's paintings were better than mine, which I know was silly as it wasn't in any way a competition. I bought the kit and will have a go at home to see if it goes better there. BTW, this isn't my painting, it's the tutor's.
