Garden Spearmint

This garden spearmint is growing by the roadside. There's lots of it and it's bust with insects and a few butterflies. This fresh looking small copper was feeding on it today.

I may well have 'saved' some of this plant from being sprayed. 

It's nicely growing in pots in my back garden. :) 

Just read about the Queen - she has just been there all my life & I'm not a royal as such, but, she feels like such a good person.
