Drying Off

Rain all morning. Soon as there was a break I took Fletcher out for a walk. Spotted this Red-shouldered hawk 'drying off' on a martin house in the middle of the rain retention area a couple of lots down from us. I think that they look almost 'cute' when they do this. She was surrounded by the resident flock of White Ibis eagerly snarfing up insects displaced by the water.
