bicycle try-out

as it is a lovely day and a public holiday, I took the children out for a bicycle ride in a small wood some kilometers from our home. It was a perfect location for my son to try out his new bicycle which he got yesterday and for my daughter to try out the inherited bicycle that got to small for her brother.
we stopped halfway at this small playing ground between the trees to rest I thought, but they just don't do that....
