Pasaje Tubella

This lovely little passageway is just 5 mins along the road and always a delight to walk down. The scent of jasmine in it is wonderful at the moment. 

Some Aptis marking, some Aptis item writing course, a catch up with my brother busboy late afternoon, plant watering and cutting back of our tomato plants. There are still eight on it and I doubt if we'll get more.  

Dinner tonight was thanks to blipper acula. We had the balls she blipped recently - one large mashed potato with a little olive oil and salt, one whisked egg, one grated carrot, half a grated courgette, a handful of breadcrumbs and a handful of grated cheese. Mix together, form into balls and cook in the oven for 25/30 mins.  Delicious and we had them with home made hummus and a Greek yogurt dip with lemon juice, tiny amount of cumin and thyme, olive oil and salt. A simple green salad in the side. Easy and delicious. A 9 from barrioboy!
