Ghost sign

I spotted two 'ghost signs' today in the same narrow street. I think this is the more interesting one although it's still a mystery to me. It's on a building in Baron Taylor Street that used to be a House of Fraser store, but Fraser is a common name in these parts. The other one is on the side of a live music pub called 'The Tooth & Claw.' (Extra pic) I don't think it is very old at all. The clue is that their snacks are available 'All Day.' All day opening for bars is a relatively modern thing. If anyone has more info I would appreciate it.
